Scott Davis
Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Scott is one of the original founders of Critical Technologies Group (CTG) and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer. Scott is the chief architect of all new development and company strategic direction. Scott’s most recent experience includes senior management level positions in application development and deployment with Cavalier Telephone, LLC and with BB&T subsidiary, Scott & Stringfellow Inc., brokerage firm. Scott also worked with the US Naval Fleet in its Ship Self-Defense System (SSDS) program as a lead device integration developer interfacing with Defense Department satellites. While employed with the US Naval Fleet, Scott was credited by Symantec Corporation with the identification and resolution to the “I LOVE YOU” virus in the year 2000.
Charles Tatum
Chief Financial Officer and Founder
Charles is one of the original founders of Critical Technologies Group (CTG) and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer. Charles is responsible for all the books and records of CTG, as well as, strategic investing and capital management for the company. Charles’ most recent experience includes the roles of Information Assurance Manager and System Engineer for the US Navy. Charles also is the founder and Chief Financial Officer for Four Paws Animal Hospital & Wellness Center. Charles is a graduate of Clemson University in Computer Engineering and holds certifications in LEAN and Six Sigma.
Rick Gambriel
Chief Operating Officer
Rick recently joined Critical Technologies Group (CTG) and serves as the Chief Operating Officer overseeing all the Information Technology activities including all software maintenance and infrastructure operations. Rick also oversees Human Resources and vendor management. Before joining CTG, Rick served as an Executive Vice President and CIO with Cavalier Telephone, LLC until they were successfully acquired by a Fortune 1000 company. Rick has also served as Executive Vice President and CIO with BB&T subsidiary, Scott & Stringfellow Inc., brokerage firm and had a long tenure with NASA for 14 years at Goddard Space Flight Center in Maryland. Rick is a graduate of Frostburg State University and has a Law degree from the University of Baltimore and is a former president of the Richmond Math & Science Innovation Center Foundation.
